Bio
My name is Annika (as it says above I guess). I graduated from Amherst College, where I worked with David Hanneke on precision measurements of µ with oxygen molecular ions. I recently joined the Doyle Group on the SrOH experiment.
For some background, I decided to major in physics on a bit of a whim, having never taken a physics class before making that decision (!), but I have since discovered that it was a good choice and physics is a lot of fun. This is especially true when your research involves building cool stuff and playing around (or “working”) with lasers!
When not in the lab or in class, I like to read, go on long walks, attempt to cook, and make coffee for friends!
