Bio
During undergraduate at UCLA, Scarlett worked in Wes Campbell’s group, deep in a basement, experimenting a way to coherently transfer as many ℏk of momentum to atoms, with hopes of applying it to molecules. Leaving behind the pleasant climate and a loving home in California, she joined the Doyle group to work with real molecules, in another basement. When her wavefunction peaks outside of the lab, she can be found attempting to crack any crackable joint, indulging in films from different cinema movements, sweating in dojangs, and training to beat Annika Lunstad in arm wrestling.
